FreePhoneMN provides free wireless phone services for Minnesota households that are below 135% of Federal poverty limits, and are eligible and receiving benefits under one or more eight public financial assistance programs. Proof of income or visual proof of current program eligibility is required. Eligible households can receive a free wireless phone, no contract or activation fee, and 250 free minutes each month.

Project PREP - Tuition stipends available to prepare at least fifty new fully credentialed Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) teachers, whose work will lead to improvements in teaching and child and student outcomes.for qualified students to attend the graduate program in ECSE at MSU, Mankato.
